Oil Pumps

Benefits

Our wide range of axial piston oil pumps provide cost-effective solutions to your flow and pressure requirements. From the 0.23 l/m SM pump to the 139 l/m XH pump with pressures up to 690 bar for most ranges and up to 1040 bar for the X pump.

  • Bombs can rotate in any direction.

  • Horizontal or vertical mounting.

  • Options for full stainless steel, full carbon steel, or combination aluminum/carbon steel construction.

  • SM, SMLP, LM and LMLP pumps can be coupled to AC or DC motors, eliminating the need for a housing and coupling unit.

These pumps are designed to work with mineral oils with an operating viscosity between 15 and 100 cst. Consult factory for viscosities outside this range. Operating temperature range is -20°C to +60°C (Ambient)

Stainless Steel Relief Valve

  1. VRD type direct acting relief valve Pressure control up to 1380 bar in a wide range of process fluids.

  2. Type 14450 Precision Relief Valve Pressure control up to 800 bar and up to 45 litres/minute. Floating poppet design.

  3. Type 14340 Low Pressure Relief Valve Pressure control in systems operating up to 100 bar, eg chemical injection applications.

  4. VRCD Type Direct Acting Compact Relief Valve Pressure control up to 1380 bar in a compact package in a wide range of process fluids.

  5. Types 14520, 14530, 14570, 14580 Precision Relief Valves Pressure control up to 1518 bar and up to 25 litres/minute. Floating poppet design.

  6. Types 14540, 14640 semi-capsule relief valves Pressure control in systems with low flow requirements. Designed for manifold block cartridge fitting or for venting the atmosphere in a tank or sump application.

Thermal Relief Valves

  1. Types 14460 and 14470 Integrated Check/ Thermal Relief Valves. These check/thermal relief valves are designed to directly replace a single separate unit of check and thermal relief valves used in wellhead control systems.

  2. Type 14480 Thermal Relief Valve. Designed to provide pressure control in systems subject to thermal expansion, a special interlock feature eliminates the need to strip or disconnect the valve during system proof testing.

Superior Pressure Intensifiers

  1. PI39-TS type pressure intensifier for surface operation. An innovative product that increases pressure by a factor of up to 5 without external power. Works with any water-based fluid or mineral/synthetic oil. Inlet pressures up to 270 bar and outlet pressure up to 700 bar. 

  2. PI73-TS type pressure intensifier for topside operation. An innovative product that increases pressure by a factor of up to 7 without external power. Works with any water-based fluid or mineral/synthetic oil. Inlet pressures up to 420 bar and outlet pressure up to 1380 bar. 

  3. PI73-TS model selection tables. Assists in specifying necessary features such as pressure boost factor, inclusion of pilot operated vent valve, inlet and outlet connections. 

  4. Animated interactive presentation. Shows how fluid flows in a step-by-step presentation of pressure intensifier operation.
